scorekeeping software - data entry

Hi -

I'm looking for some software that will allow me to enter scoring information off the Reisner scorecard into a database (or at least into a file that I could then load in a database...).

Has anyone seen software to make this job easier? I guess what I would call this is "Project Scoresheet data input software"?
